Dal is a popular Indian lentil dish made with arhar dal (husked & split pigeon pea lentils) or masoor dal (husked & split red lentils). This Dal  gives you a delicious creamy dal with smoked flavors.Daltadka is made from two different kinds of dal.chana dal and toovar dal which are first pressure cooked with water salt turmeric ginger garlic and green chillies.Then the vegetables are cooked in oil with the dal and then the ghee.
