Tawa Tandoori Roti Recipe is a very essential accompaniment to most of the Indian dishes. Tandoori Roti is a type of Indian bread that is made from whole wheat flour. It is traditionally cooked inside a tandoori clay oven and thus the name. The clay oven helps to give a charred flat surface over one side and a toasted black spots on the other.

It’s perfect to pair with Indian curries.A quintessential deep-fried puffed Indian bread, Poori is a food staple that is enjoyed across the length and breadth of India. It is a food accompaniment that can be eaten at any time of the day, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Popular puffed Indian deep fried bread, bhatura is best enjoyed with chole (spiced chickpea curry). CholeBhature is one of North India’s most popular dish.  A fluffy deep fired bread prepared from maida or all purpose flour.Bhature is basically a large poori served with chickpea curry, chole or channe. this is an exotic punjabi cuisine delicacy, but very popular throughout india. bhature is prepared from mixing maida, yogurt with baking soda and baking powder.

Makki Di Roti is a traditional Indian recipe made with corn meal or Makkika Atta. It is a very popular bread in Punjab during winters and is best paired with sarsonkasaag. It’s a flatbread made with makkiatta (maize flour).It is gluten-free and served with saag.The basic recipe only involves kneading the dough and making rotis from it.As a variation, greens like methi (fenugreek), spinach are often added to it. Such rotis with added greens are also served as such for breakfast.

Toast is a form of bread that has been browned by toasting, that is, exposure to radiant heat. Pav is an a soft and puffy indian style bread recipe made with plain flour and dry yeast. basically, indian version of ladipav is very similar to the dinner roll, but softer without crisp texture. it is ideally served with pavbhajimisalpav or vadapav but can be served with any choice or curry or even bhurji.
